- Tax Season Ready: $3,500 install, one time, plus $497/month. Includes 16 automations, already proven in live tax offices, and an AI assistant inside the client portal that guides clients through the process, tells them what is still needed, and answers their questions without staff time.
- Practice OS: $4,900 install, one time, plus $1,197/month. Display the real $7,500 full-build value struck through next to the $4,900 prove-it price. Includes 26 automations, already proven in live tax offices.

Managed installation targets 30 days. The 30-day clock starts when the firm has provided required access, content, approvals, and phone registration inputs, and payment has cleared.

Every install includes 14 days of post-launch support after go-live. Ongoing support after that is part of the monthly plan.

Annual prepay waives install on Tax Season Ready and Practice OS only. Tax Season Ready is $5,964/year and saves $3,500. Practice OS is $14,364/year and saves $4,900. Database Rescue has no annual option or waiver.
