AI360 CPA / Compare
Compare

Honest comparisons, including where we lose.

There is no single right answer for every tax firm. These pages lay out what each approach actually delivers so you can pick on facts.

The three ways firms adopt AI: hire a consultancy for a roadmap you execute internally, commission a custom build shaped to your existing processes, or install a managed system that already exists and have someone else run it. AI360 CPA is the third. Which is right depends on whether you have someone internally who will own it.

Versus AI agencies and consultancies

Versus practice management software

Comparing us against platforms like TaxDome, Canopy or Liscio? That is a different question, because those are software you operate and we are a system we operate for you. See the platform comparison on the home page.

How to choose in one question

Ask who will own this in six months. If your firm has someone technical who will maintain and extend an automation stack, a consultancy or custom build gives you more control. If nobody's name comes to mind, you want a managed system, otherwise the build becomes shelfware after the engagement ends.

What AI360 CPA does not do

It is not a tax preparation engine and does not replace your preparation software. It is not a DIY toolkit. And it is not the cheapest option available if all you need is one narrow automation. A point tool will beat us on price for a single task. We are built for firms that want the whole client-facing path handled and monitored.
