TMG Consulting LLC dba AI360 CPA, collects information you submit through this website so we can respond to Free Systems Audit requests and evaluate whether the system is a fit for your firm.
Information We Collect
When you request a Free Systems Audit, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, firm name, return-volume range, lead source, and any related business context you provide.
We also collect usage data when you visit this site. We use PostHog to see how pages get used, including clicks, scrolling, and session recordings. Anything you type into a form is hidden in those recordings, and PostHog does not store your IP address. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, PostHog does not run. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits that come from Facebook and Instagram.
How We Use It
We use submitted information to contact you about AI360 CPA, schedule or prepare for a demo, route your request in our CRM, and improve our website and marketing operations.
Email, Phone, and Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the optional text message box on one of our forms, AI360 CPA may text you about your audit, appointments, and follow-ups to your request. We collect your mobile number, name, email, firm name, and the date, time, and wording of your consent.
We obtain mobile numbers only from you, through the phone field on our Free Systems Audit, AI Audit, and Database Rescue forms. Text messages are sent only if you check the separate, unchecked text message opt-in box on the form. Checking it is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of getting any service.
SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us send the messages you asked for, such as our messaging and CRM platform.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers, including CRM, hosting, analytics, and communication tools, to operate the website and respond to requests.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for website lead data. Do not submit client tax records, Social Security numbers, or confidential return data through the demo request form.
